Feeling so successful that I left the hotel on my own, took a taxi to Chikara Crossfit and had a great workout. Left the hotel at 5:40 AM and got to CF at 6 AM for 6:15 class. The instructor was great and everything was in English. Class size of ~8 and good coaching. Here was the workout:

- 1st min Handstand Hold
- 2nd min Farmers Carry
- 3rd min Walking Lunges
- 10min AMRAP
- Run 200m
- 10 Wall Balls
- 10 Toes to Bar
- 15min EMOM
Very small box but good mix of competitive and recreational. Feel a lot spoiled with Northern Lights and will look for a larger and more competitive box I think.
Showered at the gym and wandered around to a main street after workout and found a cab. They took right to the hotel but dropped me off at a different door. I had a brief panic attack that it was the wrong place but walked down the block to find the correct lobby. 🙂 Changed into work clothes and took a cab to the office. So happy that I got to do some crossfit today!!!
